All new orders (except orders for Reseller panels) are covered by a 7 day money back guarantee for whatever reasoning. We highly advise customers who are having technical difficulties to email support (support@vpnmakers.com) before claiming a refund as our dedicated support team will be happy to solve any problem(s).

To claim a refund you must log into your client area and click on Request Cancellation.

Refunds take one business day to process and will be returned via the same payment method used for your original purchase.
